RCMC - Export Promotion Councils - Commodities Boards

RCMC stands for Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate

RCMC (Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate) is a certificate issued to an exporter by the relevant Export Promotion Council (EPC), Commodity Board, or other authorised Export body. It confirms that the Exporter is registered with the organisation responsible for promoting that particular product / service category. The DGFT's official RCMC page states that RCMC is generally issued for 5 financial years.
